Role: Conseiller(ère) à la vente

The sales associate develops close, lasting relationships with clients to increase sales, service quality, and customer loyalty. Compensation is commission-based and directly linked to sales volume.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Consistently providing excellent service to all clients
  • Exceeding sales and service goals
  • Building a loyal customer base by acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and retaining loyal customers
  • Participating in all training sessions, including product info, supplier-led, and Holt Renfrew workshops
  • Rearranging the sales floor, visual merchandising, pricing adjustments, and supporting sales activities
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients via phone, email, or mail regarding store events, product inquiries, post-sale follow-up, and birthdays
  • Addressing customer service concerns and collaborating with sales management on unresolved issues
  • Adhering to health and safety policies
  • Performing other assigned tasks

Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a commission-based sales environment
  • Consistent sales performance with demonstrated results in meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Ability to leverage social media to enhance personal brand and influence in fashion
  • Proficiency with multiple technological channels to strengthen client relationships and acquire new clients
  • Use of Holt Renfrew 360 app to stay connected with clients and offer tailored suggestions based on purchase history and preferences
  • Proactive communication with clients about new arrivals matching their fashion preferences
  • Good understanding of current and emerging fashion trends
  • Extensive product knowledge across all store categories
  • Initiative to stay updated on new merchandise deliveries to maximize sales opportunities
