  • Professional Development: Paid coaching, training, and eLearning courses (Fairstone University) to help build your customer service, sales, and leadership skills.
  • Employee Referral Program: $2000 to $5000

  • Compensation: Base salary plus multiple incentives, including a reward program for travel or goods.
  • Vacation: 3 weeks plus an additional 6 days for personal use, in addition to statutory holidays.
  • Pension: Up to 6% contribution, with a 3% company match and up to 3% additional from you.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive package, customizable to your needs, including virtual healthcare.
  • Schedules: Flexible, with full-time and part-time positions between 20 to 37.5 hours per week, depending on the district.

ABOUT THE ROLE :

As a Consultant in Loan Solutions, you will support customers both on the phone and in person, providing top-notch service. Your responsibilities include:

  • Gathering loan information
  • Selling loan and protection products
  • Closing loans virtually and in person
  • Following up on past-due accounts
  • Handling cash and payments
  • Committing to personal training and development to support our mission of delivering the best borrowing experience, earning customer trust and loyalty.

WHAT WE REQUIRE : Authorized to work in Canada.

  • High school diploma or equivalent is an asset.

PREREQUISITE : Maintain a positive, supportive attitude and help foster a gratifying work atmosphere.
