ABOUT THE ROLE :

As a Consultant in Loan Solutions, you will support customers both on the phone and in person, providing top-tier service. Your responsibilities include:

• Gathering loan information
• Selling loan and protection products
• Closing loans virtually and in person
• Following up on past-due accounts
• Managing cash controls, including payments
• Participating in personal training and development to support our mission of delivering the best borrowing experience, earning customer trust and loyalty

WHAT WE REQUIRE : Authorized to work in Canada

• High school diploma or equivalent is an asset
