As part of a dedicated, professional team, you will be providing services to clients and members with respect to defined benefit pension plan administration. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing client accounts
  • Participating in the organization and annual planning of pension administration tasks
  • Verifying work and monitoring progress
  • Training and supervising team resources
  • Supporting the team in various special projects
  • Developing and monitoring budgets
  • Enhancing client satisfaction by listening to their needs and responding to their requests, as well as those of participants and trustees
  • Proposing process improvements
  • Developing new business relationships, agreements with existing clients, and exploring new markets with potential clients

Qualifications include:

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, administration, economics, actuarial science, or related field
  • Exceptional team spirit
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Organizational skills and resourcefulness
  • Communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in French (oral and written); bilingualism is an asset
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
