Position: Bilingual Clinical Customer Service Advisor
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled bilingual (French and English) clinical customer service advisor to manage clients facing urgent or crisis situations requiring immediate attention via phone or chat. Your role will involve assessing client needs, evaluating risks, containing crises, supporting clients through individual sessions, and providing necessary resources to guide them through their challenges.
