The Home Depot is hiring Sales Associates who thrive on helping others succeed and enjoy guiding customers to the right solutions for their projects. You will proactively greet shoppers, assess needs, and share product knowledge to help customers complete a project from start to finish.

In a fast-paced warehouse environment, you will learn the GET Model of customer service, assist across departments, and promote services such as tool rental and Pro Desk.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of retail or trade experience is assets.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet, engage, and thank customers to deliver the GET Model of customer service.
• Assist customers across departments and guide to appropriate merchandise and solutions.
• Drive sales by discussing options and suggesting related items and services beyond the department.
• Maintain stock and presentation: ensure products are signed, displayed, and clean.
• Keep knowledge of products across departments and proactively learn about services offered.
