McMillan is seeking a Conflict and Risk Management Assistant for their Toronto office. This 12-month contract role involves managing ethical walls, conducting conflict searches, and supporting administrative tasks, offering a hybrid work schedule. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a legal setting, and possess strong client service and analytical skills.
McMillan is seeking a Conflict and Risk Management Assistant for our Toronto office. This is a 12-month contract position.
As a member of the Risk Management department working from 10am to 6pm, you will play a key role in conducting conflict searches, monitoring and building ethical walls, and supporting administrative activities, including assisting the General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer.
Work Arrangement
This role offers a hybrid work schedule, combining both remote work and in-office days. Your specific schedule will be determined upon joining McMillan.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years' administrative experience, preferably in a legal environment.
Strong client service skills and ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.
Comfortable with new technology and software.
Demonstrates initiative, resourcefulness, flexibility, good judgment, and professionalism.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
