ConeTec Investigations is seeking a F/T Personnel Administrator
  • Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
  • Wage: $30.00 ~ $33.00/hour (depending on experience)
  • Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
  • Number of Positions: 1
  • Work Location: 201-8327 Eastlake Drive, Burnaby, BC V5A 4W2

Job Duties:

  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post notices and advertisements, and collect and screen applications.
  • Provide information or services such as employee assistance, counselling, and recognition programs.
  • Assess eligibility for entitlements and coordinate staff training.
  • Provide guidance to job applicants regarding employment requirements, as well as the terms and conditions of employment.
  • Inform applicants about the results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Involve in recruiting and hiring staff.
  • Contact potential applicants to schedule interviews.
