A leading property management company is seeking an experienced Condominium Property Manager to oversee operations in the Waterloo Region and Guelph area. This role involves managing properties, ensuring maintenance standards, and maintaining financial accountability. Ideal candidates will have a license and strong communication skills, with excellent organizational abilities in a dynamic environment.
CIE Property Management & Consulting is looking for a customer driven, experienced, and licensed Condominium Property Manager to join their team! Our client provides condominium property management and consulting services, with an intense focus on organizational efficiency, proactive customer service and concierge-level services.
This role will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operation of multiple properties within the Waterloo Region and Guelph area. Supported by an Administrator, this portfolio includes both low and high rise, as well as townhouses.
Salary :
60,000 - $70,000 per year
Hours of Work :
9 : 00am - 5 : 00pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours a week)
Evenings and weekends on occasion will be required.
Office hours are only 1 / 2 day per week.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in Property Management is a strong asset. License is an asset. Strong communication or people management skills are key. Experience with ShiftSuite is an asset. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products is a strong asset. Bookkeeping and accounting skills are an asset. Strong organizational and customer service skills, along with a strong sense of urgency, are essential An ability to operate within tight deadlines and handle occasional difficult situations is required. Professional and respect of confidentiality is critical. Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
