Condominium Manager Residential Portfolio

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including day-to-day operations, maintenance, administrative, and financial tasks.
  • Prioritize and execute projects and business needs efficiently.
  • Handle emergencies, contracts, and coordinate with contractors.
  • Create meeting agendas, conduct meetings (including some evening sessions), and document minutes accurately.
  • Oversee financial aspects such as budgeting, expense analysis, and invoice review.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in condominium management.
  • 2 years of experience with Reciprocal and Shared Agreements.
  • Strong knowledge of Condominium Act, insurance, resident and board relations, property inspections, and board meeting procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to interpret technical procedures, bylaws, statutes, and regulations.
  • Must possess Condominium Management General or Limited License.
