Join to apply for the CONDOMINIUM MANAGER role at Duka Property Management Inc.

We are seeking a driven and experienced Condominium Manager. The role reports to the Regional Manager and the Board of Directors. Responsibilities include managing the daily operations of a large Condominium Corporation, overseeing maintenance and repairs, and ensuring efficient management. The candidate must be capable of multitasking and handling emergencies effectively.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of industry experience
  • General License / R.C.M. designation
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent administrative, communication, interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills

Responsibilities include:

  • Reporting to the Regional Manager and implementing their directives
  • Managing contracts and liaising with trades for repairs and maintenance
  • Building rapport with owners and trades
  • Ensuring timely renewal of insurance policies
  • Handling correspondence and communication with stakeholders
  • Supervising onsite staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
  • Ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety laws
  • Addressing complaints and maintaining documentation
  • Preparing reports and managing fee collections
