Responsibilities

Reporting to the Service Manager, the Supervisor ensures the consistent day-to-day implementation of the Society’s mission and vision in providing services to families. Responsibilities include providing clinical supervision to staff, adhering to policies and standards, contributing to service planning and delivery, program development, maintaining community relationships, supervising workers within the Collective Agreement, and authorizing expenditures.

This is an in-office position.

Start date: ASAP

Salary: $96,158 to $117,535

Qualifications

B.S.W. with 5 years of Child Welfare Supervisory experience, or M.S.W. with similar experience. Consideration may be given to Master’s in Psychology or Counselling with 5 years supervisory experience, or an undergrad degree/diploma in social work.
