Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a temporary lab technician to perform quality control testing on raw materials, aggregates, and finished products to ensure specifications are met. The role requires meticulous sample handling and accurate documentation.

You will work closely with production teams in Edmonton, receive training, and have opportunities for development, with overtime available and a competitive hourly wage of $26.50.

This is a temporary position with an expected duration of 4-5 months.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform quality control testing on raw materials, aggregates, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications


• Collect, prepare, and analyze samples using standardized testing methods and equipment


• Record, interpret, and report test results accurately and in a timely manner


• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot quality issues and support continuous improvement


• Maintain laboratory equipment, calibration, and cleanliness to ensure reliable testing conditions

Conditions of Employment
