BURNCO Rock Products Ltd is hiring full-time experienced Concrete Pump Operators for our Saskatoon Ready-Mix operation. You will report to the Operations Supervisor and play a key role in safely operating concrete pumps, with opportunities to run a Mixer truck when not pumping.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Concrete Mixer Operator experience is an asset but not required.
• Safe Driver record with a clean commercial Driver's Abstract (minimum 5 years).
• Be prepared for varying weather and to lift up to 50 lbs.
• CSA certified steel-toed boots are required.
• Concrete Pump Operator certification is an asset; if not held, training will be provided.
• We will train the right candidate!

Aufgaben

• Concrete pump operation - ensure pump setup is safe and clear of hazards.
• Complete daily FLRA's and daily/weekly pump inspections.
• Pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections; check fluid levels, tires, lights, etc.
• Ensure pump lines are cleaned daily and pumps are washed as required.
• Report issues to Dispatch, Operations Supervisor and Shop/Mechanic Supervisor.
• Perform daily greasing and minor maintenance of clamps, hoses, pipes and elbows.
• Wash out or discharge concrete only on BURNCO property as designated by Management.
• Set up and tear down of pumping equipment (hoses, pipes, clamps, hard line).
• Contribute to keeping the plant area clean and hazard-free.
• Learn and follow company safety protocols; perform other duties as directed.
