• Follow detailed work instructions and production specifications
• Perform hands-on finishing to achieve high-quality final products
• Inspect products for accuracy and quality throughout production
• Identify imperfections or quality concerns and report them as required
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe production areas
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

ACCU-STAFF is hiring! ACCU-STAFF is currently seeking reliable and motivated Concrete Production Associates for a specialized manufacturing opportunity with one of our valued clients in Kingsville, Ontario.

In this role, you'll work with lightweight concrete to create premium architectural products such as custom outdoor fire pits, enclosed fireplaces, and interior and exterior wall cladding. Each product requires attention to detail, accuracy, and quality craftsmanship, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work. Previous concrete experience is not required for the right candidate. We're looking for individuals with excellent attendance, a strong work ethic, good hand-eye coordination, and a willingness to learn. Please note: Reliable transportation is required, as the Kingsville facility is not accessible by public transit.

Schedule - Monday to Friday - 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. - 30-minute unpaid lunch - Day shift only - Evenings and weekends off - Full-time hours
