About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Concrete/Interlock Sales Representative to join our team. This is a commission-based role where you will work one-on-one with customers, providing residential quotes from pre-qualified leads. Your primary goal will be to close deals and drive sales in the concrete and interlocking industry.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers, presenting and selling interlock, concrete, and landscape solutions.
  • Conduct on-site assessments and provide accurate quotes based on customer needs.
  • Follow up with leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals efficiently.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor pricing, and product applications.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a sales hunter in the construction or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of interlocking/concrete products and their applications.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets.
  • Valid G Driver’s License.
