Done Correctly Inc. is hiring Construction Labourers to join our concrete and site crews in Regina and surrounding areas. This full-time role offers hands-on experience on diverse site tasks and construction activities.

Wage is based on experience, with opportunities to train and grow within a collaborative crew. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are assets for this role in the Regina area.

Qualifications

• Must be physically capable of performing construction labour.
• Must be willing to work outdoors.
• Must be dependable and show up on time.
• Able to follow directions and work safely around equipment.

Responsibilities

• Shovelling and raking gravel and concrete.
• Tying and installing rebar.
• Site preparation.
• Assisting with concrete pours.
• Moving materials and tools.
• Formwork assistance.
• Site cleanup.
• General construction labour.
• Assisting equipment operators, carpenters and concrete finishers as required.
