What You’ll Do :

• Lead our skilled crew on everything from foundations to intricate flatwork.
• Oversee concrete forming, pouring, and finishing with cutting-edge tools.
• Collaborate on blueprints and bring projects in on time, every time.
• Mentor the next generation of tradespeople with your expertise.
• Keep safety first while delivering Winnipeg-quality results.

What You Bring :

10+ years in concrete work, including 2+ years running a crew.

Mastery of slabs, structural concrete, and finishing techniques.

A leadership style that gets the job done and lifts the team up.

Valid driver’s license and grit to handle Manitoba winters.

Bonus : Red Seal, safety certs, or a knack for innovation.
