Responsibilities for Part-time Concierge Security Guard in North York

• Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns

Qualifications for Part-time Concierge Security Guard in North York

• Must be Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen
• Must have completed secondary education or higher
• Hold a valid security license
• Hold a valid Standard First Aid and CPR License from WSIB approved provider
• Hold a Class G Driver's License and have access to personal vehicle due to limited public transit available
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
