This is a on-call/casual position (up to 40 hours per month)

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide a high level of customer service in accordance with the Skyservice philosophy;
• Facilitate efficient and courteous arrivals and departures of customers; including operating the company’svehicle(s) in a safe manner at all times;
• Maintain effective communication and coordination between customers, customer service representatives, lineservice and colleagues;
• Greeting and assisting flight crews with catering, limo/shuttle arrangements, and other ground support items;
• Assisting passengers with baggage and valet vehicles;
• Assist with answering phone lines when required;
• Provide feedback to the Customer Service Manager/Supervisor regarding service issues or customer concerns;
• Performing courtesy van runs to terminal and hotels as required;
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• A minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a discerning customer service environment, preferably in aviation;
• Must have a valid G driver’s license;
• Available to work on different shifts, including weekends and statutory holidays;
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Ability to consistently provide a positive attitude;
• Completion of secondary school or equivalent is required.
