Job description

Pristine Quality Healthcare Services Corp. is currently hiring a Concierge in Kelowna, BC. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents, families, and staff in an Independent Living setting. Your warm presence, customer service experience, and organizational skills will help create a welcoming environment for everyone entering the home.

This role plays a key part in enhancing the resident experience and supporting the overall day-to-day operations of the community.

Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist residents, families, staff, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Respond to resident and visitor inquiries with care, using sound judgment and problem-solving.
• Promote a positive and respectful environment through excellent customer service.
• Conduct brief walk-in tours of the residence when needed.
• Support management with basic clerical and administrative tasks.
• Handle light cash transactions (e.g., vouchers or tickets) as applicable.
• Ensure front desk and common areas remain tidy and welcoming.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Completion of high school (Grade 12).
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service experience, preferably in senior living, hospitality, or healthcare.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently with a professional and compassionate attitude.
• Must pass a Vulnerable Sector Check.
• TB screening and other requirements per provincial health regulations.

Assets (Nice to Have) :

• Office administration or clerical training / certification.
• Experience in senior living or healthcare environments.
