Wage: $19.19 per hour

Job Description

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Concierge is responsible for managing the front reception, responding to calls, and greeting residents and guests warmly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain harmonious relationships with residents, families, and staff
  • Manage the front desk courteously and efficiently
  • Respond professionally to incoming calls and pages
  • Maintain office inventories
  • Handle administrative and introductory accounting duties
  • Provide evening security and emergency response when required
  • Work with vulnerable adults, ensuring trust and safety
  • Uphold organizational values related to ethics, morality, and integrity
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Previous clerical experience in a related environment
  • Highly organized with multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal English skills
  • Empathy and patience with interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Current CPR and First Aid certifications
  • Willing to obtain or provide a recent Vulnerable Sector and Criminal Background Check
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
