Responsibilities

As a Lead Concierge, you will organize, coordinate, and implement resident services and programs. You will serve as the main contact for residents. Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming residents and guests, ensuring their comfort
  • Supporting residents with luggage carts
  • Monitoring guest traffic, parking, security cameras, and fire alarms
  • Answering and transferring phone calls, assisting with requests
  • Managing package deliveries and notifying residents
  • Updating logs and reporting concerns to management
  • Booking freight elevators and maintaining equipment inventory
  • Providing information about local amenities
  • Responding to resident inquiries within 24 hours
  • Providing personalized care and fostering positive relationships with residents

Qualifications

Minimum requirements include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of customer service experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
