Your Opportunity

We are hiring a Concierge who will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing confidential clerical and receptionist duties to ensure the smooth daily operation of the retirement residence in line with Seasons' policies and procedures.

What You Will Do
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and handle inquiries both in person and by phone, relaying messages appropriately.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including distribution and processing.
  • Interact professionally with residents and their families.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications or Skills Required
  • COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge of office procedures.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to exercise tact and diplomacy with residents, staff, and guests.

Line 1 - Days (12:00 PM - 7:00 PM), Monday to Friday

Days (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM), Saturday & Sunday
