Job Summary

Summary: Sell concessions to customers at various events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sells concessions, including soft drinks and food items, to customers at events.
• Serves customers efficiently and courteously, following the steps of service.
• Interacts with customers, resolves complaints, and relays information to supervisors.
• Performs sales transactions accurately and promptly, entering sales into the register.
• Makes change, accepts payments, and issues receipts following cash handling procedures.
• Manages change funds and cash receipts, ensuring compliance with overage/shortage standards.
• Replenishes condiments and supplies, maintains cleanliness of the concession area.
• Ensures compliance with sanitation and safety standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
