Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Concessions Supervisor to oversee daily food service operations at a location in Canada. The role includes supervising staff, ensuring food safety, and delivering excellent guest service, with responsibilities spanning inventory, preparation, sanitation, and customer interaction.

Responsibilities include training staff, adhering to recipes, setting up and breaking down work stations, maintaining stock and cleanliness, and protecting company assets while meeting client

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferred.
• Previous food service experience required.
• Must be able to acquire food safety certification.
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Role may have physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking/standing; PPE may be used.

• Trains and guides staff on duties, food safety, sanitation, and customer service.
• Prepares foods according to standardized recipes and directions.
• Stores food in accordance with safety policies and procedures.
• Sets up work stations including prep tables and service counters.
• Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes work stations.
• Serves food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Replenishes items and maintains stock levels.
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor toward guests and staff.
• Follows Aramark safety policies and ensures asset security.

The Concessions Supervisor is responsible for the oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the food service operation such as inventory, customer service, food preparation, and food safety and sanitation procedures Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

• Trains and guides staff on job duties, proper food safety and sanitation procedures, customer service, etc.
• Prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directions
• Properly stores food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
• Sets up work stations including prep tables, service counters, hot wells, steam tables, etc.
• Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes work stations
• Serves food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating the customers’ needs
• Replenishes food items and ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including accurate food safety and sanitation
• Ensures security of company assets
