Position: Concessions Manager - M&T Bank Stadium

Pay Range: $50,000 - $65,000

Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate hourly team members to provide excellent service and quality food.
  • Ensure all stations are prepared for events.
  • Support recruitment and training of team members.
  • Supervise operations during events and troubleshoot as needed.
  • Collaborate to improve operational performance and implement loss prevention measures.
  • Support both concessions and premium departments as needed.
  • Manage point of sale updates, maintenance, and promotional activities.
  • Oversee cash handling, inventory, and compliance with payment security rules.
  • Conduct coaching, safety inspections, and safety training.
  • Manage team scheduling, payroll verification, and incident reporting.
  • Support recruitment, training, and development of future leaders.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve incidents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of fine dining restaurant management experience.
  • High computer literacy and passion for hospitality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
