Join us for the Concession Store Manager (Mamas & Papas at M&S) 12-month FTC role at Concepts for Business, LLC.

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our Mamas & Papas concession store located in Westwood Cross within M&S. You will be responsible for inspiring and developing a team of 8 to create magical moments for new and expectant parents in the community of Broadstairs and surrounding areas.

Who You Are

• An aspiring Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager looking to step into store management with a focus on customer experience.
• A current Store Manager passionate about customer service and innovative ideas, eager to grow within a forward-thinking business.
