Pay rate: $19.00/hour
Location: Ottawa, ON
Shifts: 2 hours prior to the beginning of the show until the second part of the last show. Hours will vary | 5 days a week (subject to change according to the show schedule)

Works in assigned concession area
Serves customers and manages cash registers
Prepares and serves food & beverages to customers, as required
Services customers and answers their questions accurately and politely
Ensures the concession area remains clean, stocked, and orderly
Facilitates closing inventory and cleaning duties
Keeps the working environment clean and sweep after the show begins
Performs other duties as required after each selling period.
ITHQ (Action Service) certification is a strong asset.
Possess the ability to learn a point-of-sale system and retain the information
Be comfortable working in a loud environment
Have a professional, clean appearance with a straight posture. Note: Employees are responsible for arriving in black shirts, pants and shoes (no logos)
Be physically able to stand up for long hours
Understand customer service and hospitality
Work well with others
Pay attention to the details
Working fast and efficiently under pressure
Have a welcoming and friendly attitude (smile and proper greetings)
Know when to get the help of a supervisor
Availability for the whole city duration
Have accepted food handling certificate (asset)
Bilingual in French and English is required
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
