Job description

Role: COMS QA Automation

Location: Montreal, QC, Canada (Onsite from Day 1)

Focus Areas

• Develop / configure software & tools to deliver test automation
• Onboarding various DevOps practices to software delivery
• Design, implement and enhance test automation solution and frameworks with focus on CICD
• Update existing automation suites to achieve higher coverage objectives framework based on JAVA + Python
• Collaborate with other delivery teams and business to research and develop new tools to improve productivity and efficiency
  
  

Qualifications

Skills Required:

• Relevant professional experience as software developer in test (SDET) or DevOps
• Expert in various automation tools & technologies, such as TDD, BDD (Behave/Cucumber)
• Extensive hands-on experience in distributed programming languages such as: Java / Python
• Proficient in traditional RDBMS schema concepts and SQL
• Proficient in project builds using Gradle or Maven
• Source code management tools such as: GIT / VSS
• Proficient in continuous integration tools such as: Jenkins, TeamCity (Desired)
