Job description

Our client is looking for a reliable and technically skilled Computer Technician to install, maintain, and repair computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner
• Provide technical support to end-users, both remotely and on-site
• Perform system updates, patches, and backups as required
• Maintain inventory records of hardware components and software licenses
• Collaborate with IT teams to support infrastructure upgrades or rollouts
• Ensure all IT practices comply with security policies and operational standards
• Document technical procedures, configurations, and service records

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Computer Technician, IT Support Specialist, or similar role
• Solid understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Hands-on experience with Windows and/or macOS environments
• Familiarity with networking principles (TCP/IP, routers, switches, etc.)
