Job Description

• Assign IT projects to Systems Analysts, Programmers, and other technicians.
• Coordinate the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
• Oversee daily IT operations and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Plan and manage budgets and expenditures related to IT projects.
• Recruit, supervise, and train staff including Computer Analysts, Engineers, Programmers, and Technicians.
• Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems.
• Authorize development of specifications for products or services.
• Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines.
• Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale.
• Design, develop, and implement IT business solutions on Cúram by Merative (formerly Social Program Management).
