Hastings and Prince Edward District School Board (HPEDSB) serves approximately 15,400 students each day at 39 in-person schools (32 elementary, two K-12; four 7-12, one secondary). RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide job-related duties as assigned by supervisor such as installing, configuring, repairing, troubleshooting and maintaining educational and networking infrastructure technology. Provide support and training to users of technology within Hastings and Prince Edward District School Board.
QUALIFICATIONS: Three-year college diploma in computer engineering technology, or computer science and technology, or equivalent diploma; over two years of related experience to be knowledgeable of software, networks, and operating systems used throughout the Board; effective communication skills required; demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize work and manage time; problem-solving and analysis skills when required.
VEHICLE: Applicant must possess a valid driving license and have access to a motor vehicle for travelling within the Board's jurisdiction.
