At a Glance

Earn weekly pay with BDS! Do you enjoy introducing people to new technologies and influencing their buying decisions? In this role, you will demonstrate and sell computing devices with Qualcomm processors at your assigned retail location. You must be able to quickly learn about technology products, have a retail sales knack, and be comfortable training and interacting with consumers and retail sales associates. This is a part-time opportunity working every Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 5 pm. Join our team as we bring technology to life!

What You’ll Do

  • Achieve KPIs and meet sales goals and program objectives
  • Convert product benefits to sales by understanding Qualcomm products, hardware, and accessories
  • Increase consumer sales through engagement and demonstrations
  • Build partnerships with store personnel
  • Engage and educate retail sales associates, creating excitement to increase recommendations
  • Perform operational tasks like merchandising, maintaining displays, and verifying promotional materials
  • Report daily on feedback and activities, including competitive insights
  • Coordinate and execute sales events and awareness campaigns
  • Represent Qualcomm and BDS professionally

What You’ll Bring

Experience and Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Background in consumer electronics and retail
  • Experience in sales or customer service at retail

Skills and Attributes:

  • Interest in technology and quick learner
  • Self-motivated with results-driven attitude
  • Enthusiastic, outgoing, and competitive
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Availability on weekends
  • Access to a smartphone (iPhone or Android)

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, grasp, talk, hear, and drive
  • Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
  • Good hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
