Job description

PARTISANS is hiring an Computational Designer & AI Specialist to join our team and embark on innovative frontiers in software computation in the architecture industry. The candidate will be an expert in Computational Design, Generative AI, and LLM Integration.

PARTISANS is a Toronto-based award-winning practice with an exciting array of design projects under construction internationally. PARTISANS works in developing futuristic and innovative architectures at the intersection of technology, culture, and design.

The ideal candidate will possess these core skills:

1. Computational Design & Parametric Modeling
   Proficiency in Grasshopper and Python for Rhino/Grasshopper, generative algorithms, and geometric optimization. Experience in parametric analysis and simulation.
2. Generative AI & Custom Model Training
   Expertise in Stable Diffusion and ComfyUI with the ability to train custom models using Kohya (LoRA, DreamBooth, Textual Inversion). Advanced prompt engineering and fine-tuned AI generation control.
3. Image-to-Video & AI-driven Animation
   Strong understanding of AI-powered video generation with visual consistency. Skilled in using tools such as Luma AI, Sora, and RunwayML. Techniques for frame interpolation and seamless blending.
4. Large Language Models & AI Interoperability
   Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, DeepSeek, and Claude 3.7. Ability to implement APIs for interoperability between Grasshopper and LLMs. Automation and optimization of workflows through advanced AI integration.
