Overview

As a key member of the Compounding team, you will maintain high manufacturing efficiencies while delivering a quality product in a safe and clean environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support compounders through timely, accurate, delivery of raw materials.
  • Verify all materials are pulled from the warehouse to confirm the part number and quantities on the pull sheet.
  • Be responsible for all materials being issued or transferred.
  • Check the route sheet for special instructions of documentation.
  • Be responsible for servicing the floor with raw materials for batching.
  • Communicate with the warehouse staff for raw materials.
  • Clean and remove all totes to and from the washout area or other area if specified.
  • Ensure that all raw material containers are sealed when put away.
  • Return all raw materials to warehouse or racks upon completion of job and ensure the returned material is identified with a legible barcode label.
  • Confirm that the quantity of materials being returned matches the system and document any discrepancies.
  • Be responsible for hooking up totes and emptying the tanks.
  • Be responsible for housekeeping and emptying garbage bins throughout shift and at the end of shift.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience within a compounding department preferred.
  • 2+ years experience on Reach and walkie.
  • Reach lift and walkie experience is an asset.
  • Problem solving, decision making skills and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Ability to multi-task and to meet tight deadlines.
  • Motivated, self-starter who can work independently within a team environment with minimal direction and a passion to learn.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicates effectively with co-workers and possesses excellent people skills.
