Job summary

FOX Factory Holding Corp. in Burnaby, BC, seeks a Component and Suspension Technician 3 to perform factory-level service on forks, shocks and dropper posts.

You will assess tuning, provide repair estimates, and adjust suspension per recommendations, while mentoring junior technicians in a manufacturing/service center environment. Qualified candidates have at least 3 years in suspension maintenance, strong problem solving, and the ability to read engineering drawings and use technical equipment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience as factory technician with suspension maintenance.
• Previous experience on Fox products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform a Factory Level paid or warranty service on aftermarket and OEM suspension and/or components (Forks, Shocks, and/or Dropper posts).
• Work on all products including OEM special needs.
• Provide Service Writer with an estimate for paid/warranty repairs after evaluation.
• Tune suspension based on guidance from Service Writer, Lead, Supervisor, or Manager.
• Mentor Suspension Technicians 1 and 2; support training for new staff.
