You will be part of McKinsey’s Ethics and Compliance (E&C) function and based in one of our primary regions of operation. The E&C function’s mission is to manage risks to the firm, our clients, and our people, while also enabling the firm’s client impact and innovation.

Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree(s) and or applicable professional certifications preferred5+ years professional experience with in-depth diligence research and reporting preferred5+ years professional experience on litigation or regulatory reporting preferredExperience undertaking complex research independently and efficiently using a range of web-based sources and using Internet search strategiesExperience in or aptitude for mastering risk-related data sets and technology solutionsExperience in non-English language research. Experience (work or research) in multiple geographies is important; experience in accessing and researching legal records globally is a plusComfort with, and preferably advanced knowledge of, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
