About The Work Environment

Peoples Group offers a flexible and hybrid work environment. In this role you will work a combination of in-office and remotely from home. Typically, you'll be working regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 8 : 00am PT and 4 : 30pm PT / 9 : 00am EST and 5 : 30pm EST, with flexibility around start & end times.

We are hiring for this position out of our Toronto or Vancouver office. Successful candidates who apply outside of these areas will be expected to relocate and reside in a location that is within a commutable distance. This job is for an existing vacancy.

About You / Qualifications

  • Ability to collaborate with senior team members and leadership on project deliverables—experience through internships, academic projects, or student leadership roles is welcome.
  • Adaptable, flexible, innovative, and responsive to change.
  • Ability to grasp business concepts in a dynamic, fast paced, and multi-entity environment, deliver on priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with coordinating schedules, requests, and documents with internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with developing reporting documents as directed.
  • Experience with working with different stakeholders within the organization including senior management.
  • Experience / knowledge of Privacy, and Regulatory Compliance within Compliance Function is an asset.
  • Experience with Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) Program is an asset.
  • Excellent proficiency with MS Office & Outlook; Advanced level of Excel.

About The Day-to-day

  • Provide daily support to the Regulatory Compliance Management program (AML / CASL / FACTA CRS / KYC) as required.
  • Identify and develop process and procedures to support the Compliance function.
  • Assist with the development of reporting to senior management and relevant stakeholders and a regular basis.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal stakeholders for the RCM activities.

Compensation

Peoples Group is pleased to offer employees a competitive compensation rate between $30.77-34.87 hourly depending on the knowledge, skills, abilities and experience that the chosen candidate possesses.
