Agilus by Synergie in Ottawa, Ontario is hiring a Complex Repair Operator for the electro-mechanical assembly industry. The role focuses on troubleshooting PCBs to component level, following strict test procedures and supporting manufacturing, repair, and engineering teams.

Ideal candidates have prior manufacturing experience and repair/troubleshooting skills for electronic boards. The position offers a day shift (8 am–4 pm) with weekly pay and health benefits in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar environment is preferred.
• Education in a 2-year-related diploma or certificate is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PCBs to component level using various test equipment.
• Read, follow and execute PCB test procedures.
• Support Production, Repair and Engineering.
• Calibrate electronics testing standards.
• Perform incoming inspection, testing and repair of circuit boards per procedures and schematics.
• Repair populated circuit boards that fail inspection and testing.

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Complex Repair Operator in the electro-mechanical assembly industry in Ottawa, Ontario. Our client is seeking someone with an eye for detail to join their manufacturing team as a Complex Repair Operator. The ideal candidate brings with them previous experience in a manufacturing environment as well as experience troubleshooting and performing board repair.

Responsibilities

• The ability/skill to troubleshoot PCB’s to component level using various test equipment
• Read, follow and execute PCB test procedures
• Support Production, Repair and Engineering
• Calibration of electronics testing standards
• Perform incoming inspection and testing and repair of circuit boards received or assembled by outside suppliers, using approved testing procedures and schematics
• Repairs populated circuit boards that fail inspecting and testing as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar environment is preferred

Education

• Education in a 2-year-related diploma or certificate course is ideal
