Located on Treaty 4 land in Regina, which is the traditional territory of the nêhiyawak/Cree, Nahkawē/Saulteaux, Anihšināpēk, Dakota, Lakota, Nakoda, and the homeland of the Métis Nation, RODS is seeking a qualified individual for the full-time position of Complex Needs Facilitator. The start date for this role is July 2, 2025.
This position reports to the Manager of Settlement and Family Services and the Settlement Team Leader. The role involves supporting vulnerable GAR clients with multiple barriers, such as learning difficulties, disabilities, mental health, and physical impairments, especially when Case Workers cannot address these needs. The Facilitator will provide direct support and connect clients with appropriate services through a coordinated, multidisciplinary team approach, emphasizing a solution-focused, client and family-centered, culturally sensitive, and holistic approach.
The role involves working in both office and community settings, including evenings and weekends. The position may require lifting up to 15 lbs. Regular hours are Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM to 4:00 PM, with additional after-hours work as needed. Benefits include a cost-shared package and a 3% employer contribution to the Saskatchewan Pension Plan after a six-month probationary period. The annual salary is $54,440.59 ($31.02/hour).
