  • Work with quality teams to establish and manage inspection, testing, and quality documentation requirements within the CMS.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop preservation strategies and track preservation activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate regulatory deliverables, permits, logs, and compliance requirements with project teams and regulatory stakeholders.

  • Develop preliminary system scope drawings, including PFDs, P&IDs, and single-line diagrams.
  • Define system certification, mechanical completion, commissioning, startup, and final handover processes.
  • Identify testing requirements for facility acceptance, including performance, unit, and system testing activities.
Construction Phase Responsibilities

  • Support contractor kick-off meetings to communicate project completions requirements and expectations.
  • Ensure baseline engineering, quality, and operational data is loaded into the CMS.
  • Track certification activities and required project documentation through system and subsystem completion stages.
  • Manage Management of Change (MOC) impacts and associated certification requirements within the CMS.
  • Monitor and communicate turnover readiness, documentation status, construction progress, and completion metrics.
  • Coordinate mechanical completion walkdowns, manage punch lists, and track deficiencies to closure.
  • Facilitate mechanical completion achievement and system turnover to commissioning teams.
  • Establish commissioning deliverable tracking processes, including commissioning procedures, redlines, PSSRs, and punch lists.
  • Recruit, mentor, train, and oversee completions personnel throughout project execution.
Post-Construction Responsibilities
  • Support operational readiness reviews and turnover activities through the CMS.
  • Manage commissioning records, procedures, and final handover documentation.
  • Track and close commissioning punch list items and PSSR action items.
  • Verify completion requirements for commissioning, startup, system acceptance, and final handover.
  • Manage system and unit performance testing documentation and results.
  • Expedite final turnover packages, approvals, signoffs, and project closeout deliverables.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent combination of technical education and project experience.
  • Experience: 10-15 years of experience supporting industrial construction, oil & gas, energy, or related industrial projects.
