The Fine Arts Academy at St. Mary’s School provides an intensive Fine Arts experience delivered by highly trained staff. Students are immersed in Band, Choir, Dance, Drama, and Art, serving as ambassadors of the school, division, city, and the Fine Arts. They frequently perform, learn from professionals, attend shows, go on field trips, and engage with special guests. This program caters to students interested in the arts and those considering careers in Fine Arts.

We seek a teacher eager to be part of a school where you can exemplify the Christ's message by celebrating each other's strengths.

Primary Duties

• Grade 6 core teacher (Language Arts, Math, Social Studies, Science, Religion, Physical Education, & Wellness)

Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in some or all of the Fine Arts (Art, Band, Choir, Dance, Drama) is a strong asset.
• Bachelor of Education required.
• Temporary or permanent teaching authority (new graduates please refer to the division's requirements).
• Proficient in technology tools (PowerSchool, Interactive Boards, Google Suite, Microsoft Office).
