The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for a Competency Management Advisor to join our Human Resources team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work jointly with the Competency Strategy Manager and a vast network of stakeholders (Human Resources Business Partners, European Academies, Airbus Canada Function focal points - Engineering, transversal function, Production, Quality, etc. -, North American colleagues, etc.).
You will be part of the Organizational Development team responsible for deploying a strategy and the means to ensure the development of Airbus Canada teams and leaders of today and tomorrow.
The team organization is established to promote autonomous transversal collaboration, supporting each other and learning collectively.
Your role as Competency Management Advisor will be to support the Competency Strategy Manager in the steering and implementation of projects related to competency management within Airbus Canada, including planning, coordination, monitoring, and communication with stakeholders. You will also contribute to data analysis and continuous process improvement.
