Job description

You are known for your attention to quality, recognized for your courtesy, adept with numbers, and possess good judgment; here is an opportunity for you.

This position will allow you to work in a dynamic environment where you will be handling inquiries related to the compensation of the sales force while providing outstanding customer service.

Primary responsibilities:
  1. Analyzing and processing inquiries and modifications regarding the compensation of the sales force;
  2. Providing customer service via email and phone;
  3. Upon request from the sales force, analyzing transactions and providing necessary explanations referring to the commission schedule;
  4. Explaining compensation rules and various bonuses to the sales force;
  5. Using multiple computer systems to make changes to records and ensure follow-up;
  6. Reporting abnormal situations and contributing to finding solutions in a LEAN environment;
Requirements:
  1. College or university degree in administration, financial services, or related fields;
  2. Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience;
  3. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
  4. Knowledge of products and financial services offered by iA Financial Group;
