Job description

As part of the Corporate Human Resources team, the Compensation/Rewards Analyst will be responsible for conducting comprehensive compensation analysis, spooling data, creating detailed reports, and utilizing data models. The ideal candidate does not necessarily need an HR background but must be highly data-oriented, project-focused, and willing to learn and adapt.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
  • Experience with data modeling and predictive analytics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Compensation module or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience in compensation analysis or HR analytics is preferred.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques is preferred.
  • Certification in data analysis or project management is preferred.
