NFI Group Inc. seeks a dynamic Compensation Manager to design competitive pay programs and align compensation strategies with talent initiatives. This position requires extensive experience in managing compensation structures in large, multi-national environments, and aims to drive recruitment and retention across its global team.
POSITION SUMMARY: We're seeking a strategic, data-driven Compensation Manager to lead competitive pay programs that align with our growth and values. In this new role, you will design salary structures, benchmark against the market, ensure compliance, and equity. Partnering with key stakeholders, you'll align compensation with talent strategy to support recruitment, retention, and workforce planning across our 9,000-person global team.
