Description and Requirements
As the Compensation Manager for Superior Plus, you will provide support in designing, managing, and administering executive compensation programs and procedures. You will collaborate with HR teams and senior business leaders to develop and deliver compensation strategies. The role requires a highly analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to derive insights from complex data.

What you’ll do :
- Partner with senior leadership and HR to align compensation solutions with business objectives.
- Prepare materials for executive and board meetings, and collaborate on disclosures for annual reports.
- Research market trends via external consultants and public filings.
- Create presentations and analyses for executive audiences.
- Support and lead compensation programs and projects.
- Maintain records of executive agreements and plan documents.
- Manage equity compensation processes, including grants, administration, and liaising with legal and finance teams.
- Support incentive plan design, evaluation, and management, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
What you bring :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in compensation analysis, especially executive and equity compensation.
- Deep understanding of executive compensation principles, practices, and regulations.
- Data analysis skills with familiarity with compensation data sources.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Leadership and project management capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience in a publicly traded Canadian company.
- Experience with equity administration platforms.
