Our HR team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compensation Equity Manager to manage our company's equity compensation programs across both the U.S. and Canada. This role requires deep expertise in a wide array of deferral vehicles, including PSUs, RSUs, options, phantom units, and partnership structures. Experience in going private transactions strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various equity administration systems and ensure the seamless execution of our equity plans while maintaining compliance with both U.S. and Canadian regulatory requirements.
