Job summary

Mercer's Career Consulting Team in Montreal seeks a Compensation Consultant (Senior Associate) to lead research on industry and organization-specific issues, focusing on compensation and rewards practices.

You will develop workforce rewards programs, prepare client presentations for executives, support business development, and contribute to practice development, leveraging Mercer data and expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Bilingualism in both English & French.
• Experience in management consulting, total rewards, compensation, finance, HR or accounting preferred.
• Experience in project management, data analysis, financial modeling and presentation design preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and a solid background in Excel.
• Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to work under tight deadlines or changing client needs.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Intellectual curiosity, seeking opportunities to develop new skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client presentations, including recommendations presented to executives, senior management, and HR leaders.
• Support Principals and Partners in business development efforts, contributing to proposals as required.
• Contribute to internal practice development initiatives including the development of new solutions, intellectual capital, training and development efforts, etc.

We will count on you to:
